Sweater Talk

Finally a new post, I know I've neglected my blog for a while since I've been focusing all my time on my new business. Sorry guys, but i promise it will all be worth it ^_^

On a fashion note, mother nature gave everyone a crazy surprise last week as Torontoians experienced some snow fall. It literally felt like we were back in January. Lucky for me I was able to keep warm and cozy in my fav Style Moi sweater dress. It is great quality and comparable to the sweater dresses from Aritzia without the Aritzia pricing. Also, you can save 20% off your order from Style Moi if you click here. That's all for now, can't wait to share my new venture with your guys :)

Denim Days

A few months ago I posted about an online fashion site called Style Moi based out of the Hong Kong. What I love most about Style Moi is that it is more than just a place to shop for clothes. Style Moi has created a place to look for style inspiration, read up on blogger collaborations as well as see some of your favourite fashion bloggers style the items for you. My favourite part is that they actually feature their bloggers along side the item they are wearing. In my case, you will see me featured with this

I hope that you will all find Style Moi a happy place to satisfy your fashion cravings. Remember to check back to see what piece I'll style next. In the meantime, you can read more about the initial post here and you can receive 20% off your first order if you click here

Something Blue

I know i've been a little late with posting my final look from fashion week but hey, better late than never :) For Day 5 my main feature was this beautiful pastel blue coat from Zara. Pastel blue coats have been seen popping up everywhere lately and I'm not complaining. The blue adds freshness and I love how it contrast the coral clutch.

On a side note, please excuse the delay between posts as I am working on something exciting that I will be launching in May and have been dedicating pretty much all my time to. I hope everyone is enjoying their week and I will talk to you soon ^_^

WMCFW: Day 4

Hello everyone, I am back with my Day 4 outfit from World Mastercard Fashion week. I hope all of you have been inspired by my outfits in one way or another. I've always loved playing with prints and texture and this feather bolero was exactly what i needed to complete my black and white look. I tend to keep to a neutral palette while pairing textures because I don't want it to be too over powering - colours, prints, and texture. I come back with Day 5 of fashion week in softer hues so stay toon for details. I hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend, Happy Easter ^_^

WMCFW: Day 3

Day 3 of World Mastercard Fashion Week for me was all about Mackage. The Quebec based company has grown to become one of the most prestigious contemporary outerwear brand since its launch in 1999. Season after season, their collections are recognized by their creative detailing with leather, wool and fur.

For the upcoming fall/winter 2015 season Mackage featured a black, white and burgundy colour palette. Fringe was used playfully as it was seen hanging from ponchos to belts to bags. The eye catcher for me was their backpack. I don't remember the last time i wore a backpack but if i were to wear one again, this would be where I'd shop. Every piece was again executed with perfection.

I was happy that the weather warmed up a bit on Day 3 as i decided to skip the thick winter coat and layered up instead. The layers kept me warm both inside and outside the fashion tents. Remember to check back tomorrow to see how i finished off fashion week. Happy Wednesday everyone and i hope you enjoy the rest of the week ^_^
